Terms of Service

Welcome to Qualified Jobs, a service provided by Hiring Ink ("Qualified Jobs," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, platform, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Acceptable Use

User Content

You may submit information, text, resumes, profiles, and other materials through the Service ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant Qualified Jobs a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform your User Content in connection with operating and providing the Service. You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to grant this license and that your User Content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Qualified Jobs and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, including but not limited to if we believe that you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL QUALIFIED JOBS, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Qualified Jobs operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the date at the top of these Terms and, where appropriate, providing additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
